Assessment, case management, & emergency and disaster assistance.
Support services include emergency food, clothing.
Disaster assistance includes: clothing for burn out, fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes.
Assistance for food, utilities, rent, housing and other needs is determined by need, nature of crisis and the availability of resources to meet that need.
TSA also operates summer camp, Bible school and day camp, and emergency canteen for fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes.
Referrals are made to collaborative agencies, information exchange, contact protective agencies as needed.

Provides electric service payment to assist customers who are in a crisis situation and are unable to pay their electric bill.
Hours
Monday-Friday / 9 am-4 pm

Current utility bill.
Eligibility
Must reside in FPL Service area. Hardship, unable to pay their electric bill, past due bill, disconnect notice, final notice.
