Consumers must be 60 years of age and older. There are no income limits for the CCE program. There may be a co-pay. Co-payments shall be charged to all CCE clients based on the client's ability to pay and include the income of the married, live-in spouse using a sliding scale; currently ranging from $1 for a monthly income range of $1 to $674 to .03% of all monthly income over $4,063.
