TCCH provides primary healthcare in Indian River County. The Fellsmere location provides pediatric and adult medical care and behavioral and mental health support, vision and dental services, along with women!s health and gynecology. Onsite services include pharmacy, lab, x-ray, EKG and health navigation. This location functions as an all-in-one health center. Interpretation services available.
Board certified providers administer comprehensive, high-quality health care. TCCH accepts private insurance, Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid/MMA plans, Marketplace, Healthy Kids, Children!s Medical Services, self-pay and the uninsured. TCCH offers a sliding fee discount based on household income and family size. The pharmacy offers very affordable medications to all TCCH patients.
Also provides diagnostic testing, family planning, HIV testing and counseling, immunizations, gynecological care, basic x-ray, preventive and restorative dental care, case management, substance abuse treatment, and other supportive services. Referral for imaging, lab, hospital, rehabilitative care, Children's Medical Services, We Care and WIC.
