Description
Provides a bereavement specialist to talk to and groups to connect with others experiencing similar emotions. The bereavement team is there to help people realize that grief is a normal part of life and a natural continuation of love for the one who died. .

Description
Provides many programs and services designed to meet the end-of-life care needs of the community. Individual's needs involve physical, social, emotional and spiritual care as well as interpersonal relationships with family and close friends. Hospice cares for the patient and family as a unit and thus employs the skills and expertise of many disciplines. Services are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year.
