Provides comprehensive living services for foster care youth, former foster care youth, homeless youth ages 18-25. Vita Nova has limited housing offered through the Vita Nova Village location as well as facilitating LGBTQ+, Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing services. Services available through the drop-in center, The Spot include: Intake and assessment, diversion, healthcare coordination, Pathways 2 Employment (job training), employment coordinator and in-house therapeutic services.

Also offer an Employment Training program for eligible participants as well as contracted with Vocational Rehabilitation.
