Sign guest register, Complete Intake Form, Complete Credit Authorization and Privacy Disclosure Form, Pay the required fee to have credit report pulled.

Each client should have the following criteria in order to be eligible: 1. Fill out application to have credit pulled 2. If credit is good, applicant will be provide the following: a. Bank statements (6 mos.) b. Paystubs (60 days) c. Birth certificates d. Social security cards e. Identification f. Alien card (if applicable) g. Divorce decree (if applicable) h. Child support documents (if applicable) i. Tax Returns & W-2's (2 years)
