Free Women's Wellness Check-up Interview
Description
Provides free women's wellness physicals with lab work. Plus one free follow-up visit if needed. Qualified client will be sent to Whole Family Health Center for actual physical at no cost. Whole Family Center is located in Vero Beach and Fort Pierce.

Monday, Wednesday / 9 am-5 pm; Tuesday, Thursday / 9 am-7 pm; Friday / 9 am-4 pm

State issued ID with photo.
Eligibility
Women, 18 years and older, do not have private health insurance or Medicaid, and have not had a physical or wellness exam in past year.
Fees
No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
Call for 20 minute interview appointment to determine eligibility.
