Provides Diabetes Prevention Program that helps adults with pre diabetes reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Days and times change throughout the entire Palm Beach County area. Contact Robin for location and class schedules.

Referral from physician or call to take risk-assessment.
Eligibility
At least 18 yars old, overweight (BMI above 25, or 22 for Asian individuals), at risk for developing type 2 diabetes, or diagnosed with pre diabetes.
Fees
Program is covered by United Healthcare and some local companies. Call 561-300-3227 to discuss self-pay fee, payment plans and financial assistance for those who qualify.
