Description
Provides low income senior living in Jupiter with fresh healthy groceries. Each bag will be filled with a one-two week supply of nonperishable food items, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat. Food is delivered following CDC social distancing protocols.

Wednesday / 12-3 pm delivery times. Not Open to the Public.

Description
Provides Senior Grant Program - supports low income seniors to help cover expenses not typically covered by Medicare and Medicaid programs or other government programs. Maximum amount $500. Emergency relief only. Include: pharmaceutical and physician co-payments, past due utility bills, home safety items, clothing and food.

Application, Government issued ID, Proof of expenses, proof of income, any bill or quote that is being requested for payment.
Eligibility
Palm Beach County resident, 65 years of age or older, must be low income and rely solely on Medicare and Social Security.
