Recent credit card, collections, or other debt statements preferred, but can retrieve information from credit report.
Eligibility
All consumers facing debt, budgeting or credit challenges.
Fees
Free credit counseling, debt management has one time enrollment fee and monthly administrative fee equal to 7.5% of monthly payment sent to creditors, but capped at $75 a month. Free financial workshops and webinars. Set fee for student loan counseling and bankruptcy certificate services.
Intake Procedure
20 to 30 minute phone call (can also be done by email or online) to establish household budget and review details of debt accounts.
