Eligibility
Individuals must be uninsured, underinsured, be at 150% of the Federal Poverty Level and have been directly impacted by COVID-19.
Fees
No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
To make a referral for yourself or someone you know complete the online referral form at www.impowerfl.org. Once submitted an Impower staff member will contact individual.
