Eligibility
Must be age 12 or older, any gender, with an eating disorder diagnosis.
Fees
Private insurance, private pay. Approved Tricare provider. Single Case Agreements are attempted for Medicaid plans and other types of funding. Will work with Medicaid plans in Florida, Kentucky and Colorado.
