Description:
The CAT Team provides comprehensive, intensive, community based treatment to families with children and youth at risk of out-of-home placement due to a mental health disorder. Specific services are based on the child and family's strengths and needs. Services provided by the team and or coordinated by the team include: Case management, Psychiatric evaluation and medication management, therapy, parenting skills, crisis response, substance abuse/co-occurring services, behavioral management, and therapy.

Must be between the ages of 11-21, have a mental health or co-occurring diagnosis and be at risk for out of home placement due to continued failure at lower levels of care.
