Also treats children who have witnessed domestic violence in their home or suffered physical abuse or neglect. Also provides counseling to adults who are a victim of domestic violence abuse and/or an adult molested as a child. Treats non-offending parents and siblings, and any victim of crimes, also treats victims of human trafficking. If the client was a crime victim and a police report is available, they must bring the report to the initial appointment. They are the only Dept of Health approved sexual abuse treatment program in PBC

Transparenting is a nationally recognized 4 hour parenting course designed to minimize the negative impact of divorce and meets the requirements of family court for divorcing parents. (The Judicial System of PBC requires that all parents in cases of divorce, visitation, change of custody and/or other domestic relations complete such a course. CF's Transparent class is approved by the 15th Judicial Court.)

Description
Provide a home visiting program to at-risk pregnant women using a multi-disciplinary team approach. Each person is eligible to receive supportive services from a Care Coordinator/Nurse from Dept. of Health, a Behavioral Heal Practitioner from CFS and a Registered Dietitian from Nutritious Lifestyles. Each team member conducts an initial assessment and develops an integrated plan of care for ongoing services.
