Description
Up to 24 months of Independent Transitional Housing in various site apartments where youth improve life skills, employment opportunities, and increase self-responsibility for determining their future. The 2- phased programs start w/communal living (3-6 months) with 24 hour staff. When youth exhibit sufficient skills, they move to scattered site apartments where they "transition" in place.
