Takes reports of abuse and neglect (children and elderly or disabled adults) throughout Florida. If the "complaint" is legally abuse or neglect, the program contacts the local office of the Florida Department of Children & Families which then sends out an investigator. Will give some information to provide insight on abuse. Will let caller know if the "complaint" is accepted. ANONYMOUS reporting is allowed.
