Family Mediation Services (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
Description
Mediation is a process in which two or more people involved in a dispute meet in a private, confidential setting and, with the help of a neutral person (a mediator), work out a solution to their problem. The Mediation office provide services for county civil, small claims, family and juvenile cases.

Family Connections (Supervised Time Sharing Program)
Description
Family Connections provides a child-friendly secured environment and trained personnel to schedule and supervise visitations and monitored exchanges as court ordered between children and family members. On site security provided by Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department and Courthouse Security.

Administration Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm; Visits/Exchanges: Saturday / 10 am-noon; Sunday / 3-5 pm; others by prior arrangement
