Description
Boca Helping Hands Resource Center provides limited financial assistance for electric service payments for qualifying Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach Greenacres, and Palm Springs residents. Individuals must have a final notice. Financial Assistance does not pay any deposit or reconnection fees.

Required Documents
Proof of having lived in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Greenacres or Palm Springs for a year or more, current and previous lease or mortgage document. Proof of All income: last three months of bank statements, all accounts Proof of employment: last three pay slips and/or if applicable, proof of unemployment due to the COVID-19 shutdown, example: letter from employer or proof of unemployment benefits/registration. Valid Identification - Picture ID FPL bill or Water bill or Final rent notices, copies of all outstanding months with proof of portion paid and any other agency commitments, if applicable Completion of the Boca Helping Hands Income & Expenditure Statement found here Completion of the FPL Authorization found here Explanation as to why you are having difficulty paying the bills

Provides Pantry Bag Program supplemental food for qualifying Palm Beach County residents. Individuals and families interested in this program can register at any of five Pantry Bag Distribution sites. Individuals and families must sign a USDA TEFAP form showing that they are at or below the poverty level.

To register individuals/families need to complete the required paperwork at one of the pantry bag distribution locations. Paperwork needs to be resubmitted annually to continue enrollment.
