Residential Rehabilitation Program
Description
Home repair program focuses on addressing code violations, health/safety, disaster mitigation related repairs and accessibility features to eligible households that meet program criteria and the Maximum Income Limit-Adjusted for Household Size. Priority will be given to the elderly, disabled and veterans during the initial application intake period. Reasonable accommodations can be made for applicants with special needs who require assistance with the completion or submission of their application. Description
Approximately $300,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds will be made available for Homebuyer Assistance.. This program will provide assistance to low-income households to cover some of the costs of homeownership such as down payment and closing costs. Income limits are established by the Federal government and adjusted for the number of people who live in your household. The program verifies your current household income and projects it 12 months forward to determine income eligibility. This is the first step in determining if you qualify for assistance from the City.
