Description
Assists eligible first-time homebuyers with a 0% deferred payment loan to be applied towards down-payment, rehabilitation costs (if applicable), and closing costs for the purchase of single family, townhouses, Condos and villas.

Description
Assists eligible homeowners with 0% deferred payment loan to rehabilitate existing single family units. Rehabilitation will address interior and exterior building, electrical, plumbing problems, health and safety issues, retrofit of items, upgrade major systems, hurricane mitigation measures and landscape improvements.
