Description
Provides a long-term transitional residential facility for homeless families in Indian River County featuring a structured step-based program with onsite case managers that help pregnant women and homeless families develop the life skills needed for successful reintegration into mainstream society.

Monday-Friday / 8:30 am-4:30 pm; Residential 24 hours per day

Must be homeless or living in an unsafe environment. Family member must be drug free (90 days). Homeless with dependent children or pregnant over age 18 & must be Indian River County resident for at least 90 days.
