Description:
A school-based community center offering young people and family's diverse opportunities to grow and participate actively in the life and spirit of their communities. The Youth Zone offers an after-school program for children ages 5-12; adult and community building activities.
Services include homework assistance, small group and individual tutoring on reading, math, and FSA, youth leadership council, visual and non-visual arts, intramural sports, computer literacy ,lifestyle training, child and parent interactive activities, and field trips.

Eligibility
Early Learning Coalition ELC provides Childcare Voucher for parents who are eligible based on income. Private Pay parent fee -$52/wk for aftercare and School Holidays and Summer months $130/wk. The 21st CCLC is a free program funded by Florida Department of Education. The 21st CCLC provides 100 children in grade 2nd-5th attending Barton Elementary School with free academic, personal enrichment activities and parent/adult support services.
Fees
Private Pay: Half Day $52/wk which includes snack on school day only. Full day $25 which includes lunch snack on school holidays Summer months and Holidays $100/wk. ay apply for the Palm Beach County Summer Scholarship if you do not have access to ELC or private pay.
Intake Procedure
Intake decides on students who will receive scholarship based on eligibility criteria. Orientation and application procedures are conducted with parents and students before attending the Center.
