Hours:
Monday-Friday / 7 am-3:30 pm
Intake Process:
Call or email agency for application form and short list of documentation required to complete application packet and be placed on waitlist. Waitlist is often at least 1 year or longer.

Eligibility
Adults 18-60 years of age with documented history of Mental Illnesses and able to live independently.
