Description:
The program was established to meet the growing need in Florida and the 19th Judicial Circuit for intervention, education, and other alternative sentencing measures for the criminal justice population. Goals: Organize, maintain and operate a program to counter the problems of substance abuse, including but not limited to education, substance abuse evaluation, counseling and traffic safety. To assist the Court system in other areas deemed appropriate; and to operate or perform all other purposes which are under the laws of the State of Florida.
Office locations in Ft Pierce, Stuart, Vero Beach and Okeechobee.

Ft Pierce, Vero Beach, Okeechobee Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm; Stuart Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm; Wednesday / 8 am-7 pm; 1st Saturday of Month 8 am-12 pm
