Monday-Friday / 5:30 am-1:30 pm; Dosing Hours: Monday-Friday / 5:30 am-11 am; Saturday / 7 am-9 am; Closed Sunday and holidays.

Eligibility
Any potential patients must be determined to be physically dependent on opiates by the Medical Director. Self-pay clients. Veterans are eligible if they are cleared by WPB VA and authorized for treatment by the VA prior to the day of admission and Medicaid.
Fees
$75 administration fee, $105 week of service fee, $16 daily methadone treatment. Medicaid is accepted. VA Provider

Proof of income and ID are required, and all medications must be brought on the day of intake.
Eligibility
18 years or older. Must have 1 year of opiate dependency. If less than 1 year need proof of detox.
Fees
Admission fee and daily maintenance, contact agency for additional information. Call for prescreening. Medicaid, Share of Cost Medicaid less than 200, VA provider. Must have voucher before admission.
Intake Procedure
Must complete application and assessment procedure on Monday and Thursday. All Veterans must make an appointment with the VAMC in West Palm prior to calling for a prescreening.
