Description

Provides an educational program to help individuals navigate the road to recovery from their first episode of psychosis.

Hours

Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm.

Required Documents

Insurance card.

Eligibility

Ages 14-35. Behavioral or mental health related stressors. IQ +70.

Fees

None.

Intake Procedure

Call office to make a screening appointment. Fax or email a referral form.
