Comprehensive outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents and their families. Services include: Evaluation and assessment for children ages 3-17 and their families; individual, group and family therapy. Our therapists are highly trained and use child-friendly, evidence-based models of treatment. Specialties include: Play therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical behavioral Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for a wide array of mental health issues including trauma, ADHD, depression, grief, developmental and adjustment issues, sexual abuse, and anxiety. Eligibility
Any child (starting at age 3), adolescent, or family residing in Palm Beach County is eligible for an assessment to receive mental health services. Admission criteria for the program include clients with a mental health diagnosis who are in need of therapeutic intervention. The level of intervention will be determined at the assessment with outpatient services implemented from a client-directed and strengths-based perspective.

We implement the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model that is a structured, team-based, collaborative planning process. HFW is evidence-based and nationally recognized. Description
BRIDGES are neighborhood hubs located in 10 areas throughout Palm Beach County, each operated by a local nonprofit. Community Partners of South Florida operates five of the BRIDGES locations. BRIDGES are gathering places that connect local families to community resources so more children are born healthy, remain free from abuse and neglect, are ready for kindergarten, and have increased access to quality afterschool and summer programs. Description
Safe Kids Palm Beach County is a community-based program that offers safety education and materials to families to decrease accidental injuries in children from 0 to 19 years of age. Outpatient Therapy for Mental Health and Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorders- Adults. Outpatient Therapy Services
Description
The outpatient therapy program provides comprehensive community behavioral health services for adults and their families. Mental health services focus on decreasing emotional issues related to stressors, traumas, grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and mental health or substance use disorders. The clinical staff consists of masters and licensed-level mental health professionals. A wide range of evidence-based practices are utilized in outpatient offices, in client homes, and through Telehealth. These practices include but are not limited to: Individual and family therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-focused therapy.

Provides attachment & parenting skills. Services are available for expectant parents, infants, toddlers, and their families in homes, schools, child care centers throughout Palm Beach County or our outpatient offices. The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), therapists helps someone understand how their family works. TOP (Teen Outreach Program)
Description
Provides youth development program that uses a teen club model to help build self-esteem, confidence and goal setting. The program has been proven to help reduce teen pregnancy, lower the risk of school suspension and increase school success among participating youth. During the club, trained adults lead discussions about values and decision-making, health, sexual development, and relationships. Each semester TOP club members also plan a community service project. This volunteer opportunity increases the members' planning skills, empathy and sense of accomplishment. TOP seeks to develop healthy problem-solving behaviors and to encourage responsible management of personal conduct.
