Provides hospice care and home-based healthcare services, including skilled nursing care, home health aides, physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as companionship and personal transportation for seniors. The non-profit organization also provides community wellness services through our Mobile Health Clinic and Community Health Services programs. VNA is also the only licensed hospice provider in Indian River County.

Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm; On Call every day / 24 hrs for VNA patients.

Provides Hospice care to patients who have been diagnosed with a life limiting disease as well as support for the patient's family. Description
Provides health care on Mobile Health Clinic, same day medical attention at convenient locations throughout Indian River County. Advance Practice Registered Nurses on board the bus can examine, diagnose and prescribe medications for minor, non-urgent illnesses such as upper respiratory infections, sore throats, earaches and minor cuts, rashes and skin infections. Also provide preschool, grade school, sports physicals for Indian River County students. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Last patient taken at 4:30 pm. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
