Description:

The mission of the Okeechobee Community Theatre is to educate adults and young people of the Okeechobee area in both the technical and performance aspects of live theatre by giving them the opportunity to produce and perform live plays and musicals; and, thereby, to offer quality performing arts productions to the community at a reasonable price.

Description

Provides two to three productions, each performed a total of three to five times, each season. One is usually a Broadway style musical and the others are straight comedy or drama. All acting roles and behind the scene jobs are performed by participant-volunteers.
