Provides outpatient rehabilitation: physical therapy, and psychosocial therapies. The Center for Cancer Rehabilitation is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of patients with Lymphedema and Cancer related conditions. It is a certified lymphedema treatment center.

Hours:

Monday-Friday / 8 am-5 pm, weekends as needed.
