Provides electric service payment to assist customers who are in a crisis situation and are unable to pay their electric bill. No utility deposits can be made.
Hours
Monday-Friday / 9 am-4 pm.
Required Documents
Current utility bill.
Eligibility
Must reside in FPL Service area. Hardship, unable to pay their electric bill, past due bill, disconnect notice, final notice.

No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
https://www.sahelp.org/. Must show proof of personal or family crisis.
