Valid photo ID, Social Security card, proof of residency; resume or employment history; veteran status, criminal background check. Referral documents and certifications or licenses.
Eligibility
Must meet one or more of the following criteria: - Returning citizens seeking reintegration into the community after incarceration. - Military veterans in need of employment support and/or assistance navigating benefits. - At-risk individuals, including those facing barriers such as unemployment, low income, lack of education, or housing instability. - Must be motivated, willing, and in need of support.
