Description:

Provides service programs within a case management model, known as Project HOPE. This encompasses:

*Food pantry program provides food to the hungry. Emergency provisions are available as well as enrollment in the Client Choice pantry which also features daily bread and produce services.
*Clothes Closet provides clothing and household furnishings including beds and major appliances.
*Financial assistance, usually in the forms of rent/mortgage or utility payments, but also to buy prescription medications.

Project HOPE also includes case management, in which House of Hope social workers offer follow-up and longer term service. The goal is to guide people through a period of crisis and help them through a period of crisis and help them access training and resources to bring greater economic stability to their lives.

Hours for Stuart Service Center:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / 9:30 am-4:30 pm, Closed 12:30-1 pm daily; Wednesday /12-4:30 pm, no closure at 12:30 pm

Hobe Sound and Indiantown Locations:
Monday- Closed; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / 9:30 am-4:30 pm, Pantry closed 12:30-1 pm daily
Wednesday / 12-4:30 pm, no mid-day closure, Indiantown pantry closed Wednesday
Saturday / 10 am-3 pm, thrift store only, pantry closed

Jensen Beach Service Center:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday /9:30 am-4:30 pm, Pantry services closed 12:30-1 pm daily
Wednesday /12-4:30 pm, no mid-day closure
