Provides an 8 hour training course that teaches people how to help someone who is developing a mental health challenge or experiencing a mental health crisis and/or substance use crisis.. Participants learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and addictions. The course can be taught to anyone over the age of 18.
