Eligibility
Adults age 22+ who may be developmentally disabled, cognitive, physical, emotional or chronically mentally ill, who are able to be safe in their own apartment. This is not a time limited program however a 1 year commitment is required. The program is not intended for individuals with current substance use issues, violent tnedencies or recently discharged from a hospital.
Fees
Approximately $7000 per month plus food and utilities.
