Description
Care Coordination Services provides a lifeline for children with mental health issues by ensuring they receive the right care at the right time. In this intensive, family-centered program, Boys Town Consultants help parents and caregivers access, navigate, and monitor the services their children need. Medicaid and some commercial insurances are accepted.

In-Home Family Services
Description
Intensive, voluntary program designed to help families find positive solutions to common family problems. No matter the underlying cause-economic hardship, unemployment, marital issues, family conflicts, health challenges, substance abuse or others-our goal is to improve family functioning and strengthen family relationships. A trained Family Consultant will go to the home several times a week for a two-hour visit with the family. Consultants have flexible schedules, allowing them to work nights and weekends, so they can meet when it fits the family schedule. They're also available 24/7 to provide support in a crisis.

Description
Provides an early literacy, school readiness program for children ages 21-42 months old. Support to the parents in their role as their child's first teacher by providing developmentally appropriate reading and play activities. Each week the family receives 2 thirty minute visits and a free educational book or toy.
