Bridges are 10 neighborhood centers located in communities with a history of poor child outcomes. Each center is charged with creating awareness, and providing education and support in the areas of parenting and early childhood development.

Monday-Friday / 9 am-7:30 pm; Saturday / 10 am-2 pm; Evening hours vary depending on appointments and programming
