Description
The Florida Disabled Toll Permit Program eliminate barriers disabled drivers may have in tossing coins into the toll baskets on Florida's toll roads.

A severe and permanent upper limb mobility or dexterity, impairment that substantially impairs him or her from tossing coins into basket. Must have valid drivers license. Drives a specially equipped vehicle. Must be insured or registered to vehicle.
