Marriage licenses will be issued by appointment ONLY at offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Delray Beach. Couples must come into the office with required proof of identification and marriage license application completed. Call (561) 624-6650 to make an appointment.

Description

Issues state of Florida marriage licenses and performs wedding ceremonies.

Eligibility

Both parties must be present. Any of the following forms of identification is required: valid driver's license; federal or state Identification card or passport showing name and date of birth. If either party was married before, the manner in which the marriage ended and the exact date is required.

Fees

The cost of a license is $86.00. Residents of the State of Florida have the option of attending a premarital course from a registered provider, or waiting 3 days, as Florida law requires, for the marriage license to become effective. A directory of the premarital course providers is available at all court locations. If a certificate of completion is provided at the time of application, you will receive a cost reduction of $32.50 and the 3 day waiting period will be waived.
