Eligibility

Adults only; opiate addiction.

Fees

$16 per day for medication and counseling, $21 for Subutex medication and counseling, $26 for Suboxone medication and counseling.

Intake Procedure

Must have one valid photo ID; history of one year of opiate addiction; withdrawal symptoms.
